SHIPPING:

How much is postage?

  • Delivery is FREE on the Bellarine Peninsula. Please enter BELLARINE in the Discount Code section at check out. Don't worry, if you forget we will refund your shipping fee.

  • FREE pick up Available in Torquay and Herne Hill. Please enter TORQUAY or HERNE HILL in the Discount Code section at checkout. 
  • FREE shipping Australia Wide for orders over $150.
  • Flat Rate shipping $14.99, typically 2-10 business days after we have shipped. You will receive an email with tracking details once we have shipped your natural goodies.
  • Express shipping is $24.99, typically 1-3 business days after we ship. (not guaranteed, can take up to 5 days) You will receive an email with tracking details once we have shipped your natural goodies.
  • Shipping Internationally- Naturally thriving is currently only shipping in Australia.
  • If for any reason we can not post your natural goodies in the time frame above we will inform you by email.

 When will my item be shipped?

  • We offer monthly ordering and shipping, Items are delivered or shipped in the first two weeks of the following month. Shipping can be quicker depending on our circumstances and if for any reason we can not ship within the first week of the month we will inform you by email. 

  • You will receive an email once your natural goodies arrive and we are ready to  deliver or ship along with tracking information. 

 How do I track my order?

  • We will send you an email once we have shipped your order. This will include your tracking number.

 

RETURNS:

Customer satisfaction is our top most priority. We have carefully selected our products and believe you will love them, we have also checked for any faults before dispatching. If for some reason there is a fault or your product is not as described, Please contact us at naturally-thriving@outlook.com so we can inform you on how to complete your return.

My item was damaged on arrival

  • If by chance your item was damaged during shipping, please let us know at naturally-thriving@outlook.com along with photos and anything relevant. We will then access the situation and get back to you with details of return, replacement and/or refund. 
I didn't receive an item I ordered.
  • We process and pack orders by hand and sometimes we may make errors. 
  • In some circumstances our suppliers are out of stock. If by chance this is the case a full refund of that item will be made to you and we will inform you via email.   
Refunds for change of mind.
  • All goods must be returned at your expense and in their original condition and unused.
  • If we receive goods broken or not in satisfactory condition we have the right to refuse refund. Please first contact us at naturally-thriving@outlook.com

 CAUTIONS: Before using any new skin cream or personal care product, please patch test on a small area of skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist see your healthcare professional. 

PAYMENTS:

  • All payments and pricing are in Australian dollars and include GST.
