Whole Food Caramel Recipe
- 15 Soft Fresh Dates
- 1/3 Cup Nut Butter (can use tahini if you'd rather nut free)\
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor or Thermomix and blitz until smooth, about 5 Mins. Scrapping down the sides as you go.
- Pour over slices or simply set, cut and enjoy.
