Known for it’s power house fire hot benefits Fire Tonic is our go to for cold and flu season.

Just some of the amazing benefits include

Take a 5-15ml shot of this Firey tonic 1-3 times  a day. If you can’t take the heat simply add some Mānuka honey to taste. 

FIRE CIDER RECIPE 

  • 500 ml jar - sterilised 
  • 500 ml bottle apple cider (with the mother) 
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup ginger chopped
  •  3/4 cup horseradish chopped
  • 1/4 cup garlic chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh turmeric chopped 
  • 1 x jalapeño chopped
  • 2 x lemon zest and juice

FIRE CIDER METHOD

  1. Finely chop all spice ingredients.
  2. Juice and zest lemons.
  3. place all these ingredients into jar and press down firmly.
  4. Top with Apple Cider.
  5. Sit out on the bench for a month. 
  6. Strain and add Mānuka honey to taste.
  7. Store in the fridge.
