Take a 5-15ml shot of this Firey tonic 1-3 times a day. If you can’t take the heat simply add some Mānuka honey to taste.
FIRE CIDER RECIPE
- 500 ml jar - sterilised
- 500 ml bottle apple cider (with the mother)
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 cup ginger chopped
- 3/4 cup horseradish chopped
- 1/4 cup garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh turmeric chopped
- 1 x jalapeño chopped
- 2 x lemon zest and juice
FIRE CIDER METHOD
- Finely chop all spice ingredients.
- Juice and zest lemons.
- place all these ingredients into jar and press down firmly.
- Top with Apple Cider.
- Sit out on the bench for a month.
- Strain and add Mānuka honey to taste.
- Store in the fridge.
