CHOCOLATE COCONUT SLICE
OHHH MY GOODNESS..... THIS IS THE BEST.
This is our healthy version of chocolate rum balls but in a slice form. You could always make them into bliss balls if you wanted.
Tastes the same but oh so much healthier and full of superfood goodness.
CHOCOLATE COCONUT SLICE RECIPE
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Cup Dates
- 1 Tbs Natural Nut Butter
- 1 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
- 1 Pack Chocolate Complete Protein (if you don't have this then use 2 to 3 Tbs Raw Cacao - adjust to taste)
- Place into a blender or thermomix and mix on high until mixture starts to stick together.
- Transfer into a flat tray or dish and flatten.
- Top with shredded coconut and press down to make it stick.
- Freeze until set.
- Slice and Enjoy xx
