CHOCOLATE COCONUT SLICE

OHHH MY GOODNESS..... THIS IS THE BEST. 

This is our healthy version of chocolate rum balls but in a slice form. You could always make them into bliss balls if you wanted. 

Tastes the same but oh so much healthier and full of superfood goodness. 

Chocolate coconut slice

CHOCOLATE COCONUT SLICE RECIPE

  • 1 Cup Cashews
  • 1 Cup Dates
  • 1 Tbs Natural Nut Butter
  • 1 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut 
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 Pack Chocolate Complete Protein (if you don't have this then use 2 to 3 Tbs Raw Cacao - adjust to taste)

 

Chocolate coconut slice 

  1. Place into a blender or thermomix and mix on high until mixture starts to stick together.
  2. Transfer into a flat tray or dish and flatten.
  3. Top with shredded coconut and press down to make it stick.
  4. Freeze until set.  
  5. Slice and Enjoy xx
